At RSS Counselling, we are committed to providing our high school students with the mental health resources they need. Our counsellors are available during school hours to provide a listening ear and offer support through any difficult situations. Foundry

This website is designed to help youth in Richmond with mental and physical health needs. Students can self-refer and book appointments with mental health clinicians.

Integrated Child & Youth Team (ICY)- Richmond

Richmond's ICY team supports children and youth with specific mental health needs. Students can self-refer or talk to their counsellor for referrals.

Anxiety Canada - This website contains a wealth of information to help youth learn about and practice effective strategies to manage anxiety at their own pace.

Kelty Mental Health- Here you will find information and resources to metal health

challenges affecting youth. Some topics they cover are: ADHD, gaming, anxiety, etc. 

​

Bounce Back Youth Program- A skill-building program designed to help youth manage low mood and/or anxiety.

​

Teen Mental Health- Helps to improve the mental health of youth by using the best scientific evidence available. Students will learn to develop tools and resources that can be applied across disciplines to enhance understanding. 

​

Mind your mind- Works with young people to co-create interactive tools innovative resources to build resilience. Examples of topics include: grief and loss, eating disorders.

The Foundry BC app offers drop-in and scheduled counselling, peer support, groups and other services as well as tools and resources that support you in living a good life.
