Compassion is the practice of meeting suffering – whether our own or the suffering of others – with kindness. Tune in to your announcements this week for compassion challenges from your counsellors.

As counsellors, we respectfully acknowledge that we work and learn on the ancestral, unceded and traditional territories of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm language speaking  people. We are honoured to be on this land every day and are continually working towards our own personal and professional journey of reconciliation.
